Extended Commercial Use License

When do you need to purchase this extended license?

If you are wanting to sell our designs in the form of sublimation transfers, vinyl transfers, decals, stickers, or waterslide transfers, you need to purchase this license.

What it includes...

*** An Extended License For All MadeByMommaCraftCo for use in one Shop (graphics must be purchased separately.) If you have multiple websites, please contact us for a big discount to purchase an additional Extended license for each additional shop or Facebook group you wish to sell in etc, with different names, a separate license is required for each one. (The name of the website and Facebook page/group must be provided to us at the time of purchase.)

*** The additional one-time purchase of this extended license allows our graphics to be used by the purchaser for RESALE as vinyl or sublimation transfers, waterslide transfers, or decals only (NOT AS A DIGITAL IMAGE). You purchase the license once, and it gives you the rights to resell any and all of our images, present and future, as transfers only.

*** You can not sell, rent or share the file as any digital format, nor claim the file as your own.

*** If selling the transfers online, the watermark included with this purchase MUST be added to the images you use to advertise online. If you do not use the watermark, you put yourself and us at risk for theft. You also cannot claim authorship in any form.

*** Selling transfers using our designs without purchasing the appropriate commercial license is not permitted and will be reported as copyright infringement.

Regarding Trademarks: We do our best to keep up-to-date with any Registered Trademarks before creating any designs! Because of excessive new trademarks being applied for and registered daily, we can not guarantee that any phrases on my designs will not be a registered trademark.

It is your responsibility and smart business practice as a small business owner to research the USPTO database to make sure your products do not infringe on a registered trademark. By purchasing any of my designs you agree that you are responsible for your own business and MadeByMommaCraftCo will not be held liable with regards to trademarked phrases. You can always check the trademark database.

If it is discovered that one of our designs contains a trademarked phrase or we are notified that one of our designs is a registered trademark we will promptly correct the issue as soon as possible by either:

1. Removing text from our design and keeping the clip art, or…

2. Removing the design completely (if there’s no remaining clip art to display) and discontinuing the listing.
